Meet The Flayed Covenant II: The Gospel of Agony — an expansion to the nightmare. While the Matriarch leads, these are the hands that do the bloody work. This set features the master torturer Silas in a combat stance, alongside the "Liberators" who preach through self-mutilation, and the "Skin Saints" who bring the gospel of pain to others.

This set is an original, fan-inspired creation designed to serve as elite enemies, boss encounters, or "Abomination" proxies for horror tabletop games. It is not a licensed product and is not affiliated with Guillotine Games, Hasbro, or any associated brands.

The models have been redesigned with high-fidelity gore, distinct anatomy, and dungeon-scenic bases, making them standout villains for RPG campaigns and games like Marvel Zombicide.

Lore: The Surgeon of Silence (Silas the Self Flayed)

Real Name: Dr. Silas Vane Role: The High Executioner of the Covenant

Before the Crimson Awakening, Silas Vane was a man defined by his gentleness. He was a palliative care specialist, a doctor who spent his life whispering into the ears of the dying, promising them peace. He hated pain. He viewed it as a design flaw in the human condition, a thief that stole dignity from the people he loved.

His tragedy began in his own home. His six-year-old daughter, Lily, suffered from a rare nerve disorder. Every day was a battle to keep her comfortable, to keep the tears from her eyes. Silas lived in a house of hushed tones and heavy curtains, terrified that a loud noise or a rough fabric would hurt her. He prayed for a world without feeling.

Then, Matriarch Elara opened the Codex Carnis.

The psychic scream didn't hit Silas as a noise; it hit him as an epiphany. As the frequency rewired his amygdala, the "safetybreaker" in his mind shattered. Suddenly, he understood. The pain he had spent his life fighting wasn't a thief—it was the gift. It was the universe trying to communicate. The numbness of morphine, the silence of death—that was the enemy. That was the prison.

He looked at Lily, sedated and sleeping in her bed, wrapped in soft cotton. To his rewired mind, she looked like she was drowning in the dark. He wept, realizing he had been keeping her from the light.

"I will save you," he whispered. "I will let the world in."

He didn't use a weapon. He used his surgical tools. He started with himself, peeling back the skin of his chest to feel the air, the cold, the glorious burn of existence. It was euphoria. He felt God.

Weeping with joy, he turned to his wife and daughter. He wanted to share this ecstasy. He wanted to "hatch" them from their shells. He worked for hours, humming the lullabies he used to sing to Lily, dismantling them with the precision of a master surgeon.

But they were not "Awakened." They did not feel the ecstasy, only the trauma. They died in his arms, their bodies "liberated" but their spirits gone.

Silas did not view this as murder. He viewed it as a failure of the flesh to contain the glory. He flayed the rest of his own body in penance, refusing to let a single inch of skin block the sensation of the world. He wears the faces of those he "saves" not as trophies, but as a reminder of the barrier he must help humanity overcome.

Now, Silas walks the wasteland with a broken heart and a bloody knife. He attacks survivors not to kill them, but to cure them. He looks at you with eyes full of genuine, terrifying pity, begging you to hold still so he can cut away the numbness and finally let you feel.

🔹 What Makes This Set Unique

This bundle includes 5 high-quality STL miniatures, each capturing a different aspect of the Covenant's twisted philosophy:

🪝 Silas Unleashed (Combat Pose): The High Executioner, no longer standing still, but sprinting toward his prey with a massive, rusted blade, dragging chains and severed trophies.

🩸 The Revelator (Liberator Variant A): A fanatic captured in the ecstatic moment of peeling back his own chest skin to show the world the "truth" beneath, screaming his gospel to the players.

🍖 The Devout (Liberator Variant B): A crouching figure consumed by the hunger for sensation, depicted eating a severed limb in a trance-like state.

🪚 The Butcher Saint (Enforcer Variant A): A hulking brute wearing a heavy leather apron, carrying a jagged bone saw and meat hook, ready to dismantle survivors piece by piece.

🦴 The Gnawing Saint (Enforcer Variant B): A crouching tormentor, pausing mid-hunt to gnaw on the bone of a fresh victim, eager to get back to the slaughter.

Each STL comes with a pre-attached scenic dungeon base, making them easy to print, paint, and drop directly into gameplay without extra modeling or assembly.

You’ll also receive: 📜 A custom Character/Enemy card for Silas the Self-Flayed compatible with Zombicide-style gameplay. Perfect for collectors, painters, tabletop enthusiasts, and narrative gamers.

🔹 The Legend of The Flayed Covenant

If the Matriarch is the mind of the Covenant, Silas and his kin are the blade. They do not view themselves as killers, but as missionaries.

The Liberators are the holiest among them. They believe that skin is a prison, a barrier that dulls the universe's vibrations. By peeling away their own flesh, they become lightning rods for pure sensation, fighting with a manic strength born of adrenaline and ecstasy.

The Skin Saints are the altruists of the cult. They believe it is selfish to keep the joy of pain to themselves. Armed with rusted saws and hooks, they hunt the un-liberated survivors to "help" them open their minds. They do not rush like zombies; they corner, they trap, and they dismantle.

His abilities reflect his crazy nature and love of pain:

The Pleasure of Iron: Silas takes damage in the form of "Pain Tokens." He does not die until he has fully savored 3 tokens.

Shared Agony: When a Liberator is on the board, all Covenant units roll extra dice, fueled by the sight of open flesh.
